Research Interests

I am interested in programming and optimization of parallel/high-performance applications.  My current research focus is on the development of a performance analysis tool environment called Parallel Performance Wizard (PPW) that supports the analysis of applications written in Unified Parallel C (UPC [tutorial part1, part2]), SHMEM [tutorial], or MPI.  Past research focuses of mine includes development of SCI GASNet conduit and performance analysis of System Area Network (SAN)-based systems.
